Top Cop Challenge, Top Cop for short, founded in 2012, is an annual event held the fourth Saturday in August as a way to raise funds for our wounded and disabled veterans, and now as a way to raise funds for our wounded and disabled first responder’s as well.
Top Cop financially supports non-profit community organizations that are not only equipped to aid them recover from every type of service-related injury from the physical to the invisible wound, but that also support, encourage and help them and their families meet essential daily needs, adjust to their new normal and work toward a brighter future.
Top Cop operates under the auspices of the Amador Community Foundation, a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code.
